How we ship your artwork to you
Any placed order will be processed only after payment of the total order amount is received completely.
Once order processing starts, the artwork(s) will be produced especially for the given order of that given customer. Printing and finishing artworks takes place at specialized manufacturing partners who are able to provide museum-quality production and handling.
All finished artworks will then be send to our location for a quality inspection by Jennifer and Heinz Vahlbruch themselves. Only when the artwork meets their high quality standards it will be signed and numbered by the artist. Artworks on Hahnemuehle Fine Art Paper are then mounted and matted using archival museum-grade materials in a non-destructive way by the photographer.
Finally, after this process, the artwork(s) is (are) packed and send to the customer’s shipping address.
Problems or issues during this process will lead to delays.
Please allow 3 – 6 weeks of delivery time from placing your order to getting your artwork(s) delivered to you.
Every artwork is inspected personally by Jennifer Vahlbruch. She can’t check, sign and number any artwork while she is traveling. In that situation, all finishes artwork will have to wait for her return to be processed further.
You will be notified upon any expected delays after your order is placed.
International shipping might lead to other unexpected delays which are not under our control.
